At Skrubbzz, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing high-quality nursing scrubs and medical apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Customized or embroidered products.
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return?

To start a return, please contact our customer support at:

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Skrubbzz is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong size, color, or style due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos / video of the issue.

If approved, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
  • A prepaid return shipping label (where applicable)

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our standard return process after receiving the package.

Exchanges

At this time, Skrubbzz does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style:

  1. Return the original item following our return policy.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

This ensures the fastest processing and product availability.
